Working their way through fine dining restaurants and The Culinary Institute of America, Co-owners Mat and Andrew ran into a hurdle they just couldn't pass...Beer.  They were told it didn't fit into the fine dining scene...fine dining was about wine not beer.

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

Focusing on the passion and the art of fine-dining and pairing the food with the vast variety of flavors and profiles of cocktails and beer.  EightySix accomplishes something Mat and Andrew were denied.  A gastropub in feel and atmosphere but a fine dining restaurant in quality and technique.  All the dedication and precision of a high-end restaurant without all the snobbery, and best of all...beer
